Sectional industrial door is intended for residential, public and industrial buildings, including food industry (no direct contact with food products), and in car parks. The door can be installed both in heated and non-heated rooms. Sectional door is made of 40 or 60 [mm] thick steel panels with Freon-free polyurethane foam, or aluminium glazed panels . The door features vertical and/or horizontal (under the ceiling) guides. The door is sealed on all sides. To counterbalance the door leaf weight, torsion springs (MakroPro, MakroPor Alu), or three-phase electric drive unit integrated with the door (MakroPro 100, MakroPro Alu 100), can be fitted. The track system should be selected based on the installation conditions. The door is to be installed inside the premises, behind the structural opening. Declaration of Conformity CE. MakroTherm XXL large-size industrial door. It is yet another innovative product which combines the proved sectional door designwith an advanced leaf shell made of 60 mm thick panels. The structural design of the MakroTherm XXL allows manufacturing door sizes of up to 10000 x 5000 [W x H]. The doors are equipped with the reliable SE 25.24 FU electric drive units, controlled by a frequency converter for smooth running, and a light barrier for maximum operating safety.
